## Description

To provide routine planned maintenance and a reactive call out service to ensure the optimum safe operation and asset condition of the Authority’s intruder alarm, CCTV and nurse call installations\. The method of achieving this objective will be to ensure that the intruder alarm, CCTV and nurse call installations at each location where installed are inspected and tested at cyclic intervals of six and twelve months\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
