## Description

The contract for water monitoring, risk assessments and maintenance is for sheltered accommodation blocks making up approximately 450 dwellings within our property portfolio\. Day Centres, Public Buildings and Council property, within Saffron Walden and other satellite depots in Great Dunmow and Newport are also included\.
