Malet Street Infrastructure Project 1 - Heating

Heating system replacement (project 1) carried out under the Malet Street Infrastructure project for Birkbeck, University of London. The project comprises new heating plant, primary distribution pipework, new gas main and distribution, forming two new plant rooms, works within the existing risers and associated builder's work in connection with M&E services.
