Hosting provision for the Computerised Environment for Self-Assessment (CESA)

Description

The Authority has a requirement for a bridging contract to ensure continuity of essential services as we migrate to new arrangements. The value of the contract for the 3-year term is £61,250,958 exc VAT. The total contract value including the optional 6-month extension is £71,500,000 exc VAT (the optional extension is subject to further governance and approval). As negotiations commenced prior to 24 February 2025 and the coming into force of The Procurement Act 2023 they are governed by The Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
