This Notice formally announces the award by the Contracting Authority for the establishment of a new Building Maintenance and Refurbishment Framework, which will replace the existing provision\. A comprehensive list of eligible bodies can be found in the latest classification guide from the Office for National Statistics \(ONS\) or on procurepublic\.co\.uk\. This includes government departments, local authorities, educational institutions, healthcare organisations, and other public sector entities\.
