## Description

The Office for Product Safety & Standards \(OPSS\) has commissioned research to explore harms and detriment to the general public and consumers, in order to protect consumers from harm and empower them to make good choices about products they buy\. The research will involve cognitive interviews, online surveys, telephone surveys, focus groups, and a written insight report with data visualisation\.
