Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking a Festival organiser / promote to procure the rights to deliver a festival over 4 days \(or two sets of two days\) at Sandwell Valley Showground, using Dartmouth Park as a walk through to the festival \(and further opportunity for three years\.
