## Description

The appointment of an External Audit Service provider to the University of Sunderland and its subsidiaries\. External Audit is expected to commence from July 2020 to run for 3 years with a possible 1 year extension \(subject to delivery and the University's requirement, this would exceed the value by a further £176k\)
