VIVID - Replacement Fire Resistant Curtain Wall to Staircase

Description

The work specified is required to enable the replacement of the glazed curtain walling and uPVC glazed units within 1.80m of the external staircase and within 1.80m of the internal stairs serving flats 10, 11 and the guest room. The purpose of the replacement is to ensure that the new glazing is of a 30-minute fire resisting standard and fixed shut. Works must be completed by the 31/03/2018
