Cornwall Council are tendering the new co-designed services for prevention in Cornwall these include: Lot 1 \) Social Inclusion Service Lot 2 \) Empowering Independence Physical Health and/or Disabilities\. Lot 3 \) Empowering Independence Complex and/or Mental Health The full specifications are available on the councils website and on the supplying the south west website\. A separate tender for the Rough Sleeper Outreach and Resettlement contract will be issued through the group of companies Coreserv/Cornwall Housing\.
