High-Rise Residential (Structural) Building Surveys 2022-2024 (Tranche 4/5 - Ph 1)

This bidding opportunity is for providing all necessary professional services required to deliver: * Phase 1 Structural Condition Surveys & FRAEW surveys on 8 No high rise buildings in Southampton (Thornhill and International Way) and * FRAEW surveys only to a further 4 No high-rise buildings in Southampton (12 Total). all as more fully described within this suite of bidding documents. All requirements are to support the City Council's obligations in respect of the Building Safety Act 2022 and allied legislation.
