Work description
Refurbishment of disused commercial units in the centre of Middlesbrough shopping centre (Cleveland Centre) to convert to a "Live Well" facility (social care), comprising of office spaces, clinical treatment rooms, training kitchen, gym and staff facilities including all associated M & E works and fit out. Works due on-site late April 24. Careful programming and site management required.
