SCC is seeking a Technical Advisor to support delivery of the procurement\. The proposed service packages that SCC would like to procure to start from October 2029 are: · The operation of a 40,000-tonne capacity anaerobic digester \(AD\) facility The Technical Advisor will be required to deliver and support on the operational specifications, bidder dialogue and evaluation\.
