Delivery of Refurbishment Works at Multiple Sites

Description

The purpose of this requirement is to refurbish and modernise the roof coverings at Silver End Village Hall and Halsted Leisure Centre, the Dry Side Male & Female Changing Rooms at Halsted Leisure Centre and to replace the Studio 1 and Sports Hall Flooring at Braintree Sports & Fitness. The existing installations have reached the end of their serviceable life and are now life - expired, resulting in increasing maintenance needs and risk of failure. The refurbishment will replace outdated components, improve accessibility, renew mechanical and electrical systems, and ensure compliance with current building, health and safety and landlord obligations. The works will also support ongoing ability to let the various buildings and contribute to maintaining statutory standards, such as minimum energy efficiency requirements.
