## Description

Border Force \(BF\) is a Directorate of the Home Office\. BF operate a fleet of circa thirty \(c\.30\) surface vessels and has a requirement for the purchase of inflatable fenders\. The full package is detailed in the attached Specification of Requirements \(SoR\) \(C24760 - SUPPLY OF INFLATABLE FENDERS -SOR-v1\.0\)\. This opportunity will be let using the UK Government Order Form and Terms and Conditions for Goods and Services \(C24760 - SUPPLY OF INFLATABLE FENDERS - Order Form and Short Form TCs - v1\.0\)\. The purpose of this notice is to make the SoR and terms and conditions available to, and invite, potential suppliers to confirm they can fully meet the requirements by providing a fully itemised quote for the complete and specified package\. The following timeline for this particular contract is as follows; 1\. 1200hrs, 23 February 2023 - deadline for clarification submission to the Buyer; 2\. 1200hrs, 02 March 2023 - deadline for submission of bidding tool and specified documents and acceptances; 3\. 02-08 March 2023 - clarification and evaluation; 4\. \(on or around\) 09 March 2023 - contract award; 5\. Not before 09 March 2023 - Contract Start; and 6\. 08 March 2025 - Contract End\. The Buyer reserves the right to withdraw this opportunity, for any reason, at any point, prior to contract award\.
