Structural refurbishment of High-level balconies - AWARD

Description

The employer has a 4 storey block of maisonettes where the steel balustrades to the upper 8 maisonettes have rusted away. We need all balconies to be replaced with new iron work. As part of the pre-construction information we have included contact details for a scaffold company and a fabrication company with who we have had preliminary discussions but the supplier is welcome to use their own supply chain. We have also provide engineering details and design.
