GB-London: Peabody Index Research Partnership

Peabody Trust ("Peabody") is seeking to appoint a research partner with economic expertise to collaborate on our Peabody Index. The Peabody Index is a series of projects focused on pay and employment among low-income Londoners, which has been gaining growing public attention in recent months. The projects will be planned for every 3-6 months, and this contract will be for between 4 and 8 projects over the next 24 months. We would like tenderers to quote on a per-project basis, to give us the flexibility to consult on project frequency to meet emerging needs.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
