- Support the effective operation of National Highways Delivery Integration Partner Framework, including: o Planning, instigating and running secondary competition o Providing Post-contract award support o Reviewing the effective operation and speed of service providing recommendations and actions to improve internal service - Develop and deploy a "lessons learned" programme following the audit of the DIP Framework by December 2021 - Weekly activity and performance review between Consultant and Authority Representative - Monthly activity and performance review between Barkers Partner and Authority Representative
