## Description

The Ministry of Defence \(MOD\) were inviting bids for the provision of numerous Commercial Off-the-Shelf \(COT\) licence renewals and support and maintenance\. The Authority have numerous COT applications on their corporate system which required licence upgrades and maintenance\. These applications include: ZoomText; Paintshop Pro; JAW's; ClaroView and; Read & Write Gold\. The Authority required support and maintenance for the licences outlined above and Potential Providers were asked to submit support and maintenance prices for both a one \(1\) and three \(3\) year term\.
