AHS5016A - Older Peoples Day Service

Description

Older people day services to promote wellbeing and prevent the need for more costly health and social care intervention for older people aged 65 plus in Tower Hamlets by delivering a tailored service, including a programme of activities, to eligible residents of Tower Hamlets aged 65+. Provision of services with a capacity of 30 places a day, Monday to Friday, with a maximum capacity of 150 packages per week. Suitable premises will be provided by the successful bidder. A bidders' event will be held on 15th March 2019 at the Town Hall, Mulberry Place, 5 Clove Crescent, London E14 2BG. Further details will be provided through the Portal nearer the date.
