Carbon Baselining Report for Croydon

The Council has an ambition for Croydon to become the most sustainable borough in London. To this end, it has established a Croydon Climate Crisis Commission (CCCC) which aims to make the borough carbon neutral by 2030. The commissioners are made up of a mix of residents, experts and politicians.

The bidder is being asked to put forward a proposal on how they will pull together a baselining report that will: - Outline the current carbon emissions in the borough - Take into account how COVID will have affected the emissions this year - Provide a report that can be read and understood by a layman
