Demographics Phase 2

Description

AWARD Provision of 3rd party involvement in the design, development and delivery of its Demographics work programme. VARIATION The value of this variation is £5,991,398 and the Expiry Date has been extended by an additional four months to 30th June 2026. This variation is being made in accordance with Regulation 72(1)(b) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015. The services provided under the contract remain the same, being 3rd party involvement in the design, development and delivery of its Demographics work programme. However, there has been an unforeseen need to extend the contract for a further four months until 30th June 2026 while the re-procurement completed. During the original and extended term, there has been a non-substantial amendment to the contract, reflecting the agile nature of the services. The revised value of the contract is now £22,966,398.00
