## Description

The gatehouse at D3 hanger \(building 12\) at NCC has been used as a tenanted space for several years\. With the expansion of the site, it is envisaged that this area be used as a temporary office/welfare space for users of the test track area of the site\. The décor, fixtures and fittings are generally old and requires a refresh to bring this area up to a modern standard\.
