ESCC - JS Modernising Back Office Systems (ERP Solution)

Description

The Council followed a restricted procurement process resulting in the award of two contracts as envisaged by the Council's procurement documents: one contract for the Software Solution ("Software Solution Contract") and the other contract for Implementation Services to implement the Software Solution ("Implementation Contract"). This Contract Award Notice is concerned with the Implementation Contract. A separate Contract Award Notice was published for the Software Solution Contract ref 2021/S 198-517862. The total contract value of £25,000,000 advised in this Notice is the maximum combined value of both contracts, over their potential maximum duration, awarded as a result of this procurement. The £2,155,256 initial estimated total value stated for this Implementation Contract covers the initial seven year duration but may increase during the initial term if further services are added or service recipients are added during the course of the initial term.
