## Description

The Liverpool City Region Combined Authority is looking to put a single party framework in place and wishes to commission a digital marketing agency to provide best-in-class digital advertising and support for our three consumer-facing brands: LCRCA, Merseytravel and Mersey Ferries\. As our digital partner, the successful agency will work in collaboration with the Marketing team to help us achieve our vision of creating a fairer, stronger, cleaner, more connected and vibrant city region - where no one is left behind\.
