Window Cleaning Services

To provide a professional window cleaning service ensuring key elements are part of the service in points below. We have key parts of the year that the service must take place during august-September and graduations in Spring and summer. Throughout the year there will be areas that are required also.

• Reach and wash to all lower buildings • Internal and external cleans • Abseiling from high rise buildings Annually • Emergency cleans • All team trained • All the team must be inducted with our Soterweb system • RAMS provided for each clean prior to commencement of work • All waste must be disposed of, and areas kept clean • Supervisor as a point of contact while on site • Available to audit areas with a member of the management team after works completed • Excellent customer service • Able to provide a contract cleaning service as required for AD HOC works (such as vent cleaning and high level) • Vehicle information must be provided prior each works for the campus safety team • Flexibility to carry out works • Consistency of teams to learn the site and not keep changing team every time they come to site.
