Work description
Following high winds, the roof membrane on the Library plant room roof lifted, distributing insulation and membrane across the Library roof. There is now a high risk of water ingress into the Library Plant Room and requires a quick resolution, prior to a phone masts being relocated to this area. A single action tender was completed for this request.
