## Description

Gedling Borough Council \(the 'Authority'\) is issuing this invitation to tender \('ITT'\) in connection with the competitive procurement of a provider to undertake reviews of empty homes and Council Tax single occupier discounts plus the option to undertake a review of small business rates relief\. The successful bidder will also be able to supply experienced Revenues / Benefits staff on a temporary "on demand" basis to provide administrative support to the Council\. The contract will be for one year with the option to extend for up to four further years on a year-by-year basis\. Additional information: The Authority is using the In-tend e-tendering portal to conduct the procurement process \('the e-Tendering Portal'\)\.
