Clozapine contract Under NHS framework agreement CM/PHG/17/5544

The trust is looking for a clozapine supplier of the NHS National Framework for Generic Pharmaceuticals - Clozapine Offer reference number: CM/PHG/17/5544. This is only open to the suppliers form this framework.

Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust will be looking at a 100% of the quality aspect of this contract and try to find a suitable supplier which can provide the services we require along with the Ancillary services. The prices for this contract will be the same as the ones from the framework agreement there fore there will not be a need to submit prices.THIS CONTRACT IS ONLY OPEN FOR FRAMEWORK SUPPLIERS OF THE NHS CMU CONTRACT FOR CLOZAPINE REFERENCE CM/PHG/17/5544
