## Description

Leicester City Council are seeking a main contractor via a design and build contract to undertake works on the exemplar scheme at Stocking Farm\. The scheme will deliver 50 new council homes, a new community open space, a new highway and associated items such as parking, boundary treatments, landscaping, drainage and external lighting\. Demolition works are required\. A site visit during the tender period is strongly recommended as there are live elements to the site which require minimum disruption throughout\. The scheme has high sustainability aspirations\.
