Marazion Marsh - Compartment C - Construction Corserv on behalf of Cormac Solutions Ltd are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor for the.Construction works within Compartment C of Marazion Marsh, consisting of the de-commissioning of existing water control assets and constructing/installing replacement water control assets. The construction of 2nr. water control assets includes (but is not limited to) the supply and installation of sheet piling; installation of tilting weirs and associated control units, telemetry and eel passes (supplied by Cormac); the supply and installation of access platforms, guardrails and associated components and the commissioning of the works. A detailed construction tender brief ""Marazion Marsh_ Compartment C_Construction Tender Brief 01"" is provided for the tenderer's consideration, this contains: the scheme background, scheme overview, site data, tender submission requirements, detailed construction activities, additional information and tender evaluation criteria. Construction drawings, topographical surveys, asset report sheets, ground investigation reports and other documents, as referenced within the construction tender brief are also attached. This project will be carried out under a NEC 3 ECSS Main Option A. The intention is to award the contract to the most economically advantageous tenderer based on 60% Quality and 40% Price. This project has been part-financed by grant funding from the European Regional Development Fund, and Wren, and will be subject to conditions imposed by the funding bodies. Sub-contractors and suppliers will be expected to comply with the relevant requirements and any associated regulations such as procurement, publicity, and eligibility criteria.
