CP2639-25 Electronic Monitoring of Community Services

Description

DCC have procured a centralised system to enable the electronic monitoring of community services delivered to Adult and Community Services by external providers. The system will collect data at the point of service delivery and receive/provide electronic feeds to/from the Council's Case Management System (currently CareFirst system) as well as providers scheduling, rostering and payroll systems. This system supports the councils inhouse social care reablement service across the County.
