Mayflower Week Temporary Stage Structure

The provision of a temporary staging structure for the events held as part of the Mayflower Week.

The Mayflower Week events will be developed and led by the Plymouth City Council Events Team. The team are highly experienced and qualified, with vast amounts of experience in the delivery of major international events including MTV Crashes Plymouth, The British Firework Championships, The America's Cup and National Armed Forces Day.

In support of delivering the Mayflower Week programme of events, the Council is seeking proposals for the provision of a temporary staging structure for the events held as part of the Mayflower Week.

The stage will be used for a number of major events on Plymouth Hoe between the 14th and 20th of September 2020.

The stage will be the focal point for the week long commemorations; its design and functionality is key to making this a world class event on Plymouth Hoe.

During the course of the week of events the stage and associated structures will be used for live music performances ranging from live bands through to military bands and choirs as well as a number of prize giving and official ceremonies.
