Description

The project will incorporate renewal of external doors to traditionally constructed low-rise, medium-rise and high-rise properties. The Borough will be divided into two geographical areas with each covered by one contractor. The replacements may comprise of: front, side or rear doors and any associated fanlights and sidelights. The tenderers' attention is specifically drawn to the fact that the properties will be occupied throughout the period of the contract and are required to include any additional costs involved in their tender to allow for this.
