Solaris managed support and maintenance

Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council (BwDBC) is looking to award a Contract for the provision of a managed support and maintenance service for its Solaris estate due to a key member of staff leaving who looked after this area, it is not expected that a dedicated resource will be required. This is a key area for the Council with this covering adults, children's, HR & finance amongst other key areas of software. The estate is current all on premise in the Council's own data centre, there are no current plans to move this estate to a cloud based solution. It is intended that the third party will manage the estate remotely through the Councils remote access solution.
