SBC1115 External Works Contract 2016 -18 - AWARD

AWARD: The Council is seeking to appoint (1) one suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to carry out External improvement works to circa 2900 properties and would include the following: • Window replacement with an anticipated value of £1.2M • Door replacement with an anticipated value of £630k • External wall insulation (to mainly non-traditional type construction properties) with an anticipated value of £2.1m • Cavity wall insulation with an anticipated value of £1m • Loft insulation with an anticipated value of £500k • Associated enabling works to the above elements with an anticipated value of £600k
