Hendra Parc, Liskeard

Cornwall Council and Cornwall Housing Ltd have worked collaboratively to develop an innovative housing scheme for adults with a learning disability and/or those diagnosed with an autistic spectrum condition. Hendra Parc, Liskeard is a scheme of 14 self-contained units with communal facilities for long or short term accommodation and attached two bed house which forms an integral part of this tender. People living at Hendra Parc, Liskeard will have secure tenancies.

The Core Care Support required will be for 16 people . The service model will be based on Core Support to adults, which enables them to live in their own homes as tenants within the community.
