Economic Forecasting and Scenario Services

The Research and Analysis team in Home England are responsible for delivering its Research and Analysis Plan. Outputs from this plan will provide insights that drive decision making in Homes England and HMG.

A key aspect of this plan is the analysis and production of macroeconomic forecasts. Homes England uses macroeconomic forecasts and scenarios to plan its deliveries and expenditures in the coming financial years. It is essential that forecasts and scenarios are based on reasonable assumptions, robust modelling and are consistent with the current market and risks.

The initial contract period will be for a period 6 months (up to May 2022), with the option to extend for a further 2 x 12 month periods.
