Shuttle Bus Supply between Lewes Railway Station and the Joint Police And Fire Headquarters

As part of an integrated transport strategy, and to support green commuting plans by encouraging as many staff as possible to travel by train to Lewes, it was decided to introduce a shuttle bus for a trial period, between the railway station and Headquarters during the peak morning and late afternoon travelling times.

This service was also, made available to Police staff during the period of the trial.

It has now been decided, to introduce this service formally, and as a result, we are tendering for a supplier to provide this service for both East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service and Sussex Police employees.
