The Bernicia Group is required to maintain and manage information on asbestos containing materials within Bernicia Homes own property portfolio and as managing agents to privately owned flats through Kingston Property Services\. The Framework Contract will be let as two separate lots - Lot 1 - Management of asbestos services including asbestos surveying / sampling, air monitoring, re-inspections and training services Lot 2 - Non-licensed and licensed asbestos removal including remedial works
