## Description

This procurement seeks to identify and acquire an appropriate set of digital engagement technologies that will enable the Council to redesign services optimised by its use of technology\. The Digital Engagement Tools are a key theme of the Council's Transformation Programme to implement a Whole Council target operating model\. The programme, Whole Council Design \(WCD\), has 3 main themes: Customer; Community; and One Council\.
