PAN2016COP - Overdale Infant & Junior Academy - RIBA 0-2

Leicester City Council wishes to appoint a Consultant Design Team to provide a RIBA 2 report following the necessary Stage processes for a combined solution for Overdale Infant and Junior Schools. This is a direct award via a Leicester City Council framework PAN1069 - Construction Professional Services which was awarded to a single supplier. Children's Services requires RIBA Stage 2 Concept Design to be undertaken amalgamating the two school sites into one site and expanding from 3FE to 3.5FE, including confirming the following:

Prepare Concept Design, including outline proposals for structural design, building services, outline specifications and preliminary cost information along with relevant project strategies in accordance with the design programme.
