WCC have identified a niche product that would help us manage our security state and posture. It however does not do everything we need so we have agreed the following with the supplier.

WCC will invest in the development of the product in the first year of us. Implementation will be in two phases, the base product, and then development of the product. If after implementing the base product WCC feel that the development would be to substantial, then we can exit the agreement at no cost.
