Provision of NZC Fleet & EV Infrastructure Programme Leadership Services

Description

Services will includes Programme direction, Programme and Project management and PMO for all Net Zero Carbon works for the grant funded projects of the Phase 3B and 3C. • Programme leadership and management of the delivery of the PSDS funded projects so that the necessary works are completed to allow payment of the awarded grants • Oversee, coordinate and manage the individual Project Managers, contractors and designers delivering the PSDS projects, so that the works are completed in accordance with both MPS and PSDS requirements. • Provide PMO monitoring and reporting services to ensure that all necessary reports are prepared, approved and issued to SALIX as required under the terms of the PSDS Grant Awards.
