## Description

Proactively provide detailed technical advice, guidance, and recommendations to businesses on the optimal solutions to reduce energy costs and increase use of renewables - connecting to existing / different funding and advice schemes\. Proactively identify, recommend, and bring forward solutions for clusters of collocated businesses around potential shared solutions / shared benefit\. Establish within Breckland a local version of a 'rent a roof' model \(or equivalent scheme of subsidised / revenue raising solar investments\) or alternative revenue renewable options\. Identify solutions / investment options for specific industrial estates\.
