To secure an organisation to conduct a benchmarking audit exercise on all internal roles within RBH and assess the associated pay and benefits to ensure we are in line with the current job market\. Additional information: Please note if we receive great interest in this exercise, we could potentially close the request for quotation earlier than the stipulated closing date\.
