Brief Description of Requirement

This project is intended to cover the process and impact evaluations of a range of schemes designed to support UK businesses, public sector and voluntary sector organisations with energy costs. This covers the Energy Bill Relief Scheme (EBRS) in GB and NI (including EBRS non-standard cases); the Energy Bill Discount Scheme (EBDS) and Non-Domestic Alternative Fuel Payments (ND AFP).
