West Oxfordshire District Council in partnership with Cotswold District Council, wish to issue an Invitation to Tender for the Provision of Public Toilet Cleaning and maintenance Services. It is intended that this contract will commence in June 2020. Given the current situation with Covid -19, the authority wishes to gauge the appetite within the marketplace to respond to such opportunities in the current climate.
