## Description

The Isle of Wight Council is engaging with Hampshire County Council under Regulation 32 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 on the basis of "technical reasons" under the instruction of the DfE for the Priority School Building Programme 2\. The funding received by the Isle of Wight Council from the DfE was conditional upon using Hampshire County Council for design and project management purposes in relation to the Priority School Building Programme 2\.
