Cleaning Consultancy in Schools

The purpose of this notice is to identify a suitable contractor to assist Ormiston Academies Trust (OAT) with the creation and implementation of a Building Cleaning Services Framework. OAT is not trying to identify cleaning contractors to carry out the actual cleaning of school buildings. OAT is seeking consultants to assist OAT with the creation of a building cleaning services framework and want to identify consultants that can meet the following criteria: • Have specific experience with helping the education sector with their building cleaning services • Have developed cleaning specifications for schools / academies previously • Have mobilised, implemented and managed the transition from one cleaning contractor to another • Are able to highlight key areas of risk and opportunity within the education sector As stated above OAT are not seeking cleaning contractors to carry out cleaning, OAT is seeking a consultant to assist with the creation of a Building Cleaning Services framework.
